This is your first and last warning not to get EA's new garbage. I am not one of those individuals that dislike EA because they are a megacorporation creating a monopoly no the sports game marketplace, which they are, I dislike that they continually create the same game over and over again with new rosters and maybe one addition. NBA 2K5 is a completely new, and better experience, without ESPN. The controls are very disimilar but much more efficient than Live's, the cutscene graphics are very impressive in EA's game, but the gameplay graphics are horrid. In contrast, 2K5 is as close to watching a game of ball as I have found. No more arms going through the backboard, no more impossible shots, ragdoll physics on the net, more realistic dunks, better and easier to control cross-overs. Save $10 and get SEGA's new basketball game. This coming from somebody who has played both for five hours each.
