Awww. I love the title (and cover) of Strawberry Jam. I do agree, though, Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga is a terrible name.

Personally, I also love the cover and artwork for Animal Collective's Strawberrys also. But it doesn't make up for the title for me.

Spoon's title frustrates me more than anything. I don't ant to have to count how many times I say/type something in order to make sure its right. Plus, I feel really stupid saying it (but not listening to it).

I love the Animal Collective's cover almost as much as I love the album itself (mainly because I get to freak out my friends with it). But I do feel really silly talking about how much I loved Strawberry Jam this year...

Good album, terrible title!

I don't care for the album, but I like the title.

That's it... outside, now! Razzer

Albums: Strawberry Jam, From Here We Go Sublime, All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone.
Songs: You! Me! DANCING!! It's the best 'call to arms' title of the year. Also: Dopamine Clouds Over Craven Cottage (Stars of the Lid).

"Operator Dead...Post Abandoned" from Burning Star Core. It just gives off this creepy transmission / end of the world vibe that I think fits the music perfectly.

Runner Up: "In McDonalds" - Burial

(just kidding...)

The absolute best album title of the year, without a doubt, is (clears throat) "Most of the remixes we've made for other people over the years except for the one for Einstürzende Neubauten because we lost it and a few we didn't think sounded good enough or just didn't fit in length-wise, but including some that are hard to find because either people forgot about them or simply because they haven't been released yet, a few we really love, one we think is just ok, some we did for free, some we did for money, some for ourselves without permission and some for friends as swaps but never on time and always at our studio in Ghent." by Soulwax.

Runner up is "Duntisbourne Abbots Soulmate Devastation Technique" by µ-Ziq.

"Listen to the silence in between. It's louder than the bombs when they come screaming in."

Nice.

And while we are on the subject... There was a new µ-Ziq album?
