Richter - Patchwork

I recently discovered this great folk-rock album from 2007. It's by a South American band I think. They really know their Americana though. Great stuff. I think I'll post something about it in the Americana forum as well.

Tulsa - "I Was Submerged" - I just picked this up the other day, although I had it on my Amazon wishlist for months. Really nice album, and may have ended up on my Top 20, if I had got it last year.

I'm looking for Russian Militant Black Metal. Semi-good production is a plus, as are clean vocals (if kept to a minimum). Also looking for vocals in Russian. Basically like a Russian version of Absurd...

If I could do it all over again, Future of the Left's "Curses" would be in my top 3.

I've been listening to a lot of Interpol's Our Love To Admire, and maybe it's because I didn't over listen to it when I first got it, but it's really growing on me where a lot of other 2007 albums are just getting old. "Who Do You Think" is an excellent overlooked song.

Wow, this is very weird. I have also been listening to that album a lot lately. I pulled it out sometime last week and have had it in my car ever since. Last week I was at the gym and "Who Do You Think" came on and I thought, "Man that's a great song." Cool.
