I really hope this thread is so popular because everyone is on it, and not cause you all care so much. If you really are so horribly offended by Hudson, you are letting him win.

Whoa, now! It's too early to establish that as a fact.

OK 1. "Skyhooks" - The worst band Oz ever produced. Ish likes them, I don't. 2."Cronulla" - A shire of Sydney, and the most Anglo-Saxon shire in urban Australia. Recently the scene of some particularly vicious race rioting. 3. The quote about deciding who stays is adapted from our erstwhile Prime Minister, who is a racist turd.

What about that verdict of the gang rape of the 10-year-old aborigine girl? That's big news over here.

What are your views on Silverchairs latest album Bob? Personally i think it's highly over rated.

Cool. I sneak into movies. If I like the movie, I just pay for it on my way out. Concerts too. Your logic is flawless. Steal away, steal away.
Ha! I was waiting for you to come on and respond to it, I just knew it was coming.

Woops, I think that makes me the 3rd mod that has posted in here, I guess it’s time to close the thread. I am not a funny guy—as many of you can tell—so I will offer some funny movie quotes, if you get them then that’s great. If you don’t, well, I am sorry. “The ratio of people to cake is too big.”“I bet a nickel.”“OK, he either said, ‘Move to the back of the throat,’ or…he ‘wants a root beer float.’”

"I bet a nickel" is the best, although "I bet a dime" is right up there! ("You don't get two nickels...")

I haven't heard it, Al, although I did see a live clip on Rage. It didn't do a lot for me.

I would say no. Without starting another huge downloading debate, I don't mind downloading as a "try before you buy" scenario, which is all LR is advocating.

Congratulations hudson!!! With 6 pages in two days, you are now more popular than Radiohead on this site. hudson will take this as encouragement, but it's really a sarcastic swipe at him and everybody else that has posted on this thread (myself included, since I think I've posted 4 times).

I think the fact that this thread exists is pretty lame. But to be honest, despite voting "no," I could probably care less. I think we are all a little to PC sometimes - it makes things bland.

Geez, talk about using statistics to exaggerate a point. You're already in the election year spirit. More than half of the posts in this thread have absolutely nothing to do with hudson. I can't recall any "substantive" hudson-related conversation since about page three.

Yeah, I have no problem with that either, but you can do that at the record store. Thing is, the downloaders say they try before they buy, but really, I call bullshit. I'm sure there's plenty of stuff on LR's hard drive that he tried, didn't buy, but still kept. Unfortunately, only he knows. Oh man. Sorry EG. I don't like stepping on your toes. I think it was ill advised (by my brain) to start posting here again. What the hell am I doing carrying Leland's fire, anyway?

Wait a minute Alchemy, am I supposed to read your post as Christopher Walken doing a Pauline Hanson impersonation? Oh crap, I was trying desperately not post in this ridiculous thread. For the record. Ban the little fucker.

No record stores in my area have that. Also, I personally call bullshit on anyone who says they've never obtained music without paying for it. No one's ever burned you a disc? You've never downloaded a track from an album you didn't own for the purposes of participating in a music matchup*? *Inside joke that most people here won't get. Sorry.
