Quick question: how many females do you think are regular, contributing members of this forum? Two? Three? Not sure why that came up. Oh. Yeah.

I don't know about that (wilsonna is a girl, right?), but my gf refuses to actually join. I'm pretty sure she lurks, but she just refuses to talk music.. sometimes she will with me, but she's just not comfortable with it. I think most girls (even ones who have closely related taste) just aren't as passionate, don't want to risk getting their feeling hurt, or lack confidence in their opinions.. something like that.

Hudson just told me he'd be more than willing to "Take one for the team." Whatever that means... ---------------------------------- Employee of the month awards are the opiate of the masses. For the potheadsGang Starr

Il Mago and falloftroy are just jealous because i'm so much more popular than them. They know that my contributions around here are monumental and they have no chance of ever contributing anything so mind blowingly bad ass.

...tentatively raising hand, looking around... And yes, JGlass, I think you are pretty much correct in your assumptions. I also think we have less tolerance for all the bullshit.

So, you're probably pretty impressed that they started a whole thread about me. The ladies like my style.

I assume you're tentative because he specified "contributing" members. EDIT: *Crossing my fingers that that wasn't the bullshit that pushes you over the edge*

Although I voted not to ban hudson, I do believe that his gawd awful signature must be banned.

Ok, to show people that I'm reasonable and willing to compromise, i'll change my sig line. But somebody has to help me pick a new one. Any ideas?

How about: "The following message has been brought to you by a man in a tin foil hat." OR: "I Feel Pretty" OR: "Beatles = Worst. Boy Band. Ever." ---------------------------------- Employee of the month awards are the opiate of the masses. For the potheadsGang Starr

I just start reading this thread, kinda skimmed through the first page, then saw 3 more pages and said no frikkin way am I sifting through any more. My opinion: Hudson is an impish prankster, at times mildly entertaining, other times mildly annoying. Anyone who takes his diatribes to heart is taking things altogether too seriously. Naturally one can elect to ignore him, though I think some folks enjoy getting worked up over the hijinks of a forum bad boy and tend to eat it up (then spit it out). One thing is certain: he enjoys the attention, and based on the response here, he's fairly well basking in it. If he is the worst "troll" this forum has to offer, things ain't so bad. No ban.

Now that you mention it, I've been meaning to ask you: what the hell is "chiffron"?

I'd go with: "My constructive criticism is flat, boring, predictable." I voted who cares, by the way.
