I haven't found a thread on this dude, so I'll start one now.
Anyhoo, I've been listening to his 'Mixtape About Nothing' lately, which is really, really good. Sorta like a Kanye West mixtape, with a Seinfeld theme, and a Go-go influence (he's from DC). But he's a really impressive rapper and almost all the tracks are winners.
I'm really looking forward to his upcoming full-length, which is supposed to come out in the summer some time. And David Sitek from TV on the Radio is even doing some production work. That should be interesting.

Definitely. All great tracks. The track before "The Kramer" is great too. I forget what it's called...
anyhoo, I'd actually say this was the best hip-hop release of 2008. I'm assuming the #1 we're referring to is 'Tha Carter III'? Don't like it, but it's all good.
Until I heard this, my rap album of the year was 'The Renaissance.' Still pretty great album.
