I dont know the song because i dont own the game.
But a quick search showed that the theme was done by michael hunter.Who has been a producer/engineer for alot of different movie soundtracks and various other albums.

You could be hearing one of the many other tracks that are involved with the game though.Not quite sure.There are tons of rap/hip-hop songs featured on that game.

You want to make things hard for us, don't you? Couldn't you at least post some lyrics? Did you actually hear it in the game or is this thread NOT ABOUT GTA: SAN ANDREAS AT ALL?!
