im lookin forward to this release for sure. its supposed to be comin out in may i think, and dilla and doom are featured. anyone heard anything about who else is supposed to guest star? i hvaent heard a ton of dabrye, but what i have heard ive loved. ("game over" with dilla and the music for that motorola commercial)
yea, i did know about hyped-up on one/three, ive heard that album, its real solid. i havent heard the other two tho, ill have to check them out. i got a friend who is big into the gossip circles and shit and is always findin out info about unreleased music, he was sayin that wildchild is supposed to be on two/three too. hes one of my favorite rappers on stones throw, so that would be sick.
oh yea, and the reason i consider dabrye "hip hop" is because that is supposed to be the "hip hop" project of tadd mullinex. plus hes got rappers on his new album
cool man. i am kind of stickler for using hip-hop in the terms it is meant to be used in.The "cultural" refrence incorporating the 4 elements which are: Mcing,Djing,B-Boying and Graffiti.
But i do know what ya mean when you say hip hop music.I personally would not call dabrye, tadd mulnix's hip hop project.
i dislike wildchild, i feel he is prolly the most generic and boring rapper on the stones throw label.thats just me
