So we had the pleasure of doing an interview with Canadian hip-hop artist K'naan a few weeks back.

Not sure how big he is in the US but he is gaining a lot of momentum here in Canada. His album "Dusty Foot Philosopher" is one of the most unique and intriguing hip-hop albums I have heard in a long time.

He grew up in Somalia and is lucky to be alive. Makes for an interesting perspective in his lyrics.

Anyhow, i have the mp3s as well if anyone is interested because they are somewhat tough to find.

His debut is getting a big rerelease in the US very soon. It took a while, but it looks like he's finally starting to catch on.
