Just keeping 2005 alive!

Besides a few 2006 releases, I'm still listening to lots of 2005, and was wondering if your Top 5 might look different right now based on your listening from Jan - April 2006??

So.....list your original Top 5 (from Top 20 lists of 2005) and if different, list your Top 5 current listening of 2005. I'll start....

Original Top 5:
1. Jaga Jazzist
2. Kate Bush
3. Broken Social Scene
4. Sigur Ros
5. New Pornographers

Listening to most in 2006:
1. Sigur Ros
2. Jaga Jazzist
3. Architecture In Helsinki (7)
4. Black MOuntain (14)
5. Broken Social Scene
6. Sasha (20)

Note: numbers in brackets are what they were listed in Top 20.

Hmm..overall I think I'd rank albums the same way now as I did at the end of the year, maybe moving one or two things up or down a couple places.

The ones I'm most driven to listen to at the moment are:
Sleater-Kinney
Sufjan Stevens
Architecutre in Helsinki
Andrew Bird
Jens Lekman

The latter only because I didn't buy it until after I had already started doing my end of the year thing, so I haven't really fleshed out my opinion of it yet.

I like how Jens Lekman said he was taking his career on indefinete hiatus, then a couple months later said basically "Nevermind."
