Okay. I went to Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC on Saturday to see The Strokes perform...and...just, fucking wow. that's all I can say. I expected my favorite band to be shit live, since that was the word on the street. They really proved themselves. Anyone else see them?

I saw their Houston show on the Ides of March. I was impressed by their musicianship (the set was very tight), but the performance itself was boring as hell.
It didn't help that Eagles of Death Metal put on a fabulous show 30 minutes before, but if I see you in concert, I don't want to see you just stand there the whole show, especially if you're a rock band!
