I am excited to be seeing Radiohead for the third time on June 26 in San Diego! I was just wondering if anyone here had been to any of the other shows on this tour, any thoughts you might have on the new material, etc etc. I love the idea of playing smaller venues, the only other time I have seen them is at the Hollywood Bowl (way way back in the crowd) and at the Coachella Music Festival.

Radiohead by the bay on a warm summer night...<sigh>.

Not all those who wander are lost.

I saw them on June 14. It was the best show everrr. The new material is all at least as good as anything from Hail to the Thief. There was one song they played, and hope they play it again, that was one of the coolest songs I have ever heard. I don't kow what it was, but it started with hand claps to a weird beat and a lot of dancing, and then electronic voices chanting. The whole show was amazing.

Saw Radiohead last night, the second night of their Berkeley stop. To me, they were amazing; Thom Yorke's voice sounded perfect, the sound was startling and the overall musicality was flawless. They also played that song with the clapping and it was great, all of the new stuff did sound excellent but they haven't even started to record so it may sound really different when the album comes out.

"2+2=5" was one of my favorites, along with everyone’s beloved “Paranoid Android” and the energy that they had on "Fake Plastic Trees" and "Black Star" was truly superb. I was there mouthing the words and a lot of people were just looking around, lost. There are a lot of people that only like—and most that only KNOW—the post Kid A stuff that they play. They had no idea what these two songs from The Bends were.

It was my first Radiohead show for me and it was really incredible. My girlfriend and I loved it and it was great to hear old, new, and very new material in a live venue and the band just sounds so perfect live. AS a fan that loves all of their music, it was great just to see them live, and after hearing all of the senseless comparisons this stunning, brilliant, and spectacular show showed me just how much Coldplay sucks.

I don't know where the Coldplay comparison comes from, but their Bonnaroo show was probably the best thing I've ever seen. If you don't believe me... here it is

28 songs, impregnable tracklist.

Now that they're about to come back for their second leg of the US tour, does anybody have any thoughts on what it's like to hear In Rainbows the second time around now that they've decided what the studio versions of the songs should sound like?
