I started listening to it on Saturday night, but the audio quality was terrible. It sounded like they were recording the concert with a cell phone from the upper deck of a football stadium. Anyway, just wondering if I'm the only one who noticed. I was hoping for something great.

I agree that the quality of the recording was poor, but I thought that the quality of the performance was superb. This seems to be the rule rather than the exception for the All Songs Considered Concert Series. I have especially loved the second Decemberists concert, the Belle and Sebastian, and The Jenny Lewis.

Oh my god I absolutely ADORE the Belle & Sebastian concert, it's a fantastic set and it has a great atmosphere and I can't say how many times I've listened to it all the way through (all two hours). Definitely a must-listen for any fans. And being able to download full concerts from the NPR archives for your mp3 player is a wonderful thing.
