great lineups on thurs. and fri., but saturday practically NOBODY is playing. total buzzkill. hopefully there are some secret shows in the works to make up for the frontloading of a TON of great acts on friday night. hate having to choose and take the chance of getting into one show to the next. almost so bad that you just have to pick one (maybe two) venues for the night and stay there in order to make sure you see the bands you want.

some random highlights:

THU: smoosh @ maggie mae's - 10 p.m.
sleater-kinney @ emo's main - 1 a.m.

FRI: kaiser chiefs, louis xiv, futureheads, hot hot heat, doves @ la zona rosa - 9 p.m. -1 a.m.(best stay-in-one-place lineup of the festival; Britpop lover or no)

SAT: bloc party, kasabian, new york dolls @ stubb's - 10 p.m.-1 a.m.

see you there, anyone who's going...
