I leave for Austin, Texas for a professional conference tomorrow morning. I'll be there through Sunday afternoon.

Ambulance LTD will be there tomorrow night, though I'm not sure if I'll be able to get over to see them. There's an opening reception Thursday night with Elizabeth McQueen and the Firebrands and Group Fantasma at The Jazz Kitchen/The Parish. I hope to get to The Continental Club Friday night for The Meat Purveyors. Saturday night is a closing reception at the Austin City Limits Soundstage with music TBA. Last conference I attended TBA meant T-Bone Burnett with Ralph Stamey and his band, so I have high hopes.

Any other suggestions would be welcome.
