My friends and I attended the past two years and had a great time, but this year, a lot of the bands just did not pique our interest. We always go through each artist's Myspace and preview three or four songs, so as to judge them accordingly. This year, there were fewer bands than ever that made us interested, and certainly not worth the 300 dollars.

Again, my opinion. I hope you enjoy your time, my friend.

Yeah, I'm LA-Based, so I try to get there every year. I actually like this year's lineup...as long as one is interested in about one out of every 4 acts, remaining 3/4s are irrelevant as five stages are usually going nearly simultaneously.

Saturday is the obvious weak link day unless you're an absolute lover of indie alt-country in all it's flavors (Drive By-Truckers, Blitzen Trapper, Calexico, Band of Horses, Fleet Foxes all play this day), but I think a lot of people out here anticipate a bigger headliner being added above the Killers (talk at moment is either U2 or Springsteen).

Friday is loaded top to bottom, gonna miss a lot of bands I really would like to see that day because of conflicts...and Sunday has quite a nice mix of bands also.

Excited, I think at end of day, it's always a great event...best run of the annual mega-festivals by far...though probably also the tamest from a crowd craziness standpoint.
