The Pitchfork-curated Intonation Music Festival in Chicago this past weekend was INCREDIBLE.
Anyone else in attendance?
Personally, I thought the Go! Team delivered not only the greatest set of the entire 2-day event, but the most jubilant, energetic, and enthusiastic show I have ever been to in all my years. Their control of the audience was simply extraordinary and during the last song ("Ladyflash") when they brought handfuls of inner city kids out onto the stage to dance with them, it was very touching - especially when one of the band members picked up a little guy and put him on her shoulders while she played the keyboard. I may never see a better live show in my life.
Other incredible performances include Andrew Bird, Four Tet, Tortoise, Out Hud, Diplo, The Wrens, and Prefuse 73.
Was anyone else on these forums there?!?
