Ok, thanks for the info. I'll delete it then but I 'm not sure if I can do it with your post underneath. Ususally I just click 'Edit or Delete Message' and than click 'Delete Message' but this time there is no icon like that.
I saw a gig with Fuck Buttons and Mogwai at the Roseland Theater in Portland a few days ago. Both were mind-blowing in spite of the shitty state of the venue.
MBV last night in New York. Can any words describe the sheer joy that comes with having your eardrums blasted out by some of the most beautifully loud songs in existence? The Apocalypse section comes the closest to pure meditative bliss that is available, I think. I was smiling through all 15 or so minutes.
I have only been to two concerts this year, that I can remember anyway. Radiohead at the ford ampatheatre in tampa was phenomenal, even though i was way back on the hill. And My Morning Jacket at the house of blues in orlando, which was satisfying but also a little disappointing, due to me being short and standing down on the floor. However I can tell you, if you ever get a chance to see Les Claypool with any of his bands, take it!!! I have been to three of his shows and they all were fantastic.

I think I saw Rufus Wainwright there a few years ago... is that the one with the small general admission ground floor and the even smaller 21-and-over upper level (I was 18 at the time, I believe, so couldn't get upstairs)?
