Although I'm solid on most of the games I like for xbox, I have it differentiated into two different types:

Best Overall Game:
1. Halo: Combat Evolved
2. Half-life 2
3. Halo 2
4. TES3: Morrowind
5. GTA3
6. GTA: Vice City
7. Star Wars: Kotor 1&2 (yes, Kotor 2 is a great game)
8. Tony Hawk's Underground
9. Rainbow Six 3
10. Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath

Best Single Player Games:
1. Half-life 2
2. Halo: Combat Evolved
3. TES3: Morrowind
4. Star Wars: Kotor 1&2
5. Halo 2
6. GTA 3
7. Tony Hawk's Underground
8. Rainbow Six 3
9. Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath
10. GTA: Vice City

The reason why I separate the two groups is quite simple. Most of the time, I play single-player games, which means I want to play a game which was created as a great single player experience. But, if you put multiplayer in the picture along with the single person mode in a game (if it has multi player), then the quality of a game may differ. For example, my top two: Halo and Half-life 2. Half-life two offers a better single player game than Halo, creating a more indepth environment and story. However, Halo's extensive multi-player options and great co-op mode along with it's great single player option makes a better package than Half-life 2, since it only includes Campaign mode. This is why I gave the two lists, to differentiate which games are better when compared in two factors.
