i've really started liking this site quite a bit...they know when to lay down the lumber and be critical of a game that isn't worth its hype, such as MGS4 and GTAIV, but aren't critical of games that are truly great such as Gears of War 2...their video and written reviews really show why the game sets itself apart from all the others:
