As much feedback from Xbox Live players welcomed.

I am currently a massive fan of Battlefield 2 (Xbox) on Xbox Live. This has been an awesome move for me as there are tonnes of players online at any time for me to shoot up.

I have purchased, FarCry Instincts and there were bugger all players playing online Multi-player. When I did play the game was crap!

Same problem with Midnight Club 3 Dub Edition - hardly anyone on.

Soldier of Fortune - 1 other player online.

Full Spectrum Warrior - Ten Hammers - no one online.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a big gaming environment, with a wicked game. I heard StarWars Battlefront II is a great game but what is the Xbox Live online experience like? Is it worthy of purchase, or is there hardly anyone online?

I was a big fan of Halo 2 system Link - multiplayer matches but since playing Battlefield 2 I don't think I will grab Halo 2 to play online as I hear there are a lot of cheaters/glitchers online.

So...yeah happy to keep playing Battlefield 2 but would like some other input.

The only game that stays populated with tons of players 24/7 is Halo 2....the cheating/glitching isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be though. If I play for 2-3 hours in a night, I might see one (maybe two) cases of it happening....and you can always quit when it's happening. No big deal. It's easily the best Live game though.

Perfect Dark Zero is ok....but gets kinda boring after a few sessions.

A lot of people play the Ghost Recon games online....you might wanna try those.

Cheers for that. Nah....Halo online doesn't interest me as Im quite fond of Battlefield 2.

The other one I read up on sometime back was Star Wars Battlefield II. Is that any good? Are there, still, many online?

I've played Star Wars Battlefront 2 and i thought it was so-so. The gameplay was a bit unresponsive and the multiplyer seemed to be really laggy and buggy, although there was alot of people online. I too am a huge fan of BattleField 2 on the xbox, i still play it alot. If you're looking for something else thats fun and has alot of people playing it (besides Halo 2 of course) i'd suggest any of the ghost recon games. I take it you have the original xbox so Summit Strike would probably be your best bet - great online play on that game. As far as FPS's go, theres not too much that people play on the original xbox that much other than halo anymore (counterstrike still has alot of players on it but that game gets old really fast). For racing games though, i would suggest Forza Motorsport or Burnout Revenge....both GREAT games and both have a relatively large community online. If you havent already, i would try Splinter Cell Chaos Theory as well....not too many people play it online but you'd be hard pressed to find a better xbox live game than that one.

I have a 360 and i find myself playing Halo2 all the time...

I agree BF2MC is AWESOME for multiplayer but i mean most new games have loads of players online (this is the 360 of course) and if ure playing the xbox live on the original xbox that is why. 360 is SO much better online with GOW, PDZ and soon HALO 3 and Loads more (G.R.A.W, Rainbow six Vegas etc etc etc) loads of players online!!!! dont know why your complaining to be honest lol!
