I feel like so many people don't know about this guy yet, and they're seriously missing out! "The Foot Fist Way" was hilarious, and "Eastbound and Down" on HBO has been awesome. Granted, much of that awesomeness is also because of Danny McBride - but Jody's been doing great work!

I'm kind of hoping that "Observe and Report" with Seth Rogen will be a big hit when it comes out on April 10th, because that might be what it takes to finally get the regular public to sit up and take notice of this guy. (Plus it's rumored to have a McBride cameo in it, which automatically makes it cool.)

Jody Hill is one of the best comedy directors working right now, and I want to see him get more shots at bigger projects!

Oddly, a listing for "Observe and Report" just popped up on Danny McBride's IMDB page now - he's listed as appearing in the movie as a "Crackhead". Then I saw this:

Danny McBride, with some sort of nylon or something on his head... guess the rumors were true!
