I think the first film is unquestionably the best. It set the standard and created a whole new genre.

I'm glad that you pointed this out. I was worried that I was falling apart as Alien (1979) is among my top ten movies.

I've seen 3 David Fincher films
Seven
Fight Club
Zodiac

All three of these films are truly great, I'm going to buy or rent Panic Room, and I have no desire to watch Alien 3, but what about The Game?

Pulp Fiction (1994)

Jules: Normally, both your asses would be dead as fucking fried chicken, but you happen to pull this shit while I'm in a transitional period so I don't wanna kill you, I wanna help you. But I can't give you this case, it don't belong to me. Besides, I've already been through too much shit this morning over this case to hand it over to your dumb ass.

Come on! "Alien 3" really wasn't that bad Razzer! I do like "Panic Room", but "The Game" is one of those movies where once you've seen it, you never haveta see it again. A good rental, but if you buy it, it'll just sit on the shelf until you encounter someone else who hasn't seen it. Believe me, I owned it on VHS & it was very dusty when I gave 'em away!

Sure, I might offend a few of the blue-noses with my cocky stride and musky odor - oh, I'll never be the darling of the so-called 'City Fathers' who cluck their tongues, stroke their beards, and talk about what's to be done with this Monkey_Boy?!"

I don't care what anybody says. I enjoy watching The Game, repeatedly.

"The most prolific one" THE GAME had me going all the way to the end. A real rush and twist.
