I am surprised there is no discussion on this. This is pretty much for anything you want to share. Your favorite tv show, least favorite tv show or anything else.

I assume you are looking for TV shows, know-it-all?

If so, I enjoy The Sopranos, Six Feet Under, and Nip/Tuck quite a bit. I'll watch the occasional cop/crime show (any of the Law and Orders or CSI's) but the only one I follow is The Shield.

I really don't watch many sitcoms but I do enjoy several 'toons, including The Simpsons and King of the Hill.

And, of course, any Cards game on the telly is OK by me.

Reality shows I mostly avoid, although The Amazing Race and Survivor can keep me interested at times.

Yes, my family will watch every "24", but nothing compares to "The Simpsons" and "All in the Family" (just watch any old one, if you don't believe me.) Hey, there's only 1000 more....

My family also watched 24. Even though I wouldnt say it is the best show, it keeps you watching every week, with a heart-pounding twist at the end of every show. Recently, I've been enjoying family guy as for animation, as well as of course the simpsons.

The only non-rerun program I still watch is The Simpsons. I try to check(or try to remember to check) the cable movie listings and either watch or tape something that looks interesting.

I do watch reruns of Dark Shadows, Xena: Warrior Princess, Bewitched, Twin Peaks and Remington Steele on dvd when I get time. I'm waiting for The Addams Family, Beauty & the Beast (seasons 1 & 2 only) and season 2 of Twin Peaks to make it to dvd.

1) TRU CALLING
- personal favourite, addicted just after watching one episode! I bought the DVD and I must at least watched any 1 episode daily! I AM OBSESSED WITH THIS SHOW!!

2) JOAN OF ARCADIA
- not hyped much about, but find it cool and well, nice.

3) THE O.C.
- come on, who doesn't love this night time soapee?

4) WONDERFALLS
- axed again. why do all the shows I love get axed?!?

5) POINT PLEASANT
- I found the soapee and supernatural a perfect blend. Too bad many did not!

6) DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES

I watch...(Out of current in-production shows)..

Stargate: Though, I'm this close to giving up on it, since I think this season has been really terrible.

Stargate Atlantis: Not as good as original-team Stargate, but good enough in it's own right.

Battlestar Galactica: Easily best show on TV, IMO

Amazing Race: Though, I think this has been the weakest season yet, since I simply don't care about any of the teams.

Survivor: Probably the *best* season since the first going on right now.

Apprentices: Though the formula is getting a little worn.

CSI: Not as good as it was the first few seasons, because they're writing more sensationalist, less plausible plots, but still good because they managed to avoid the ego-driven writing of the other two CSIs.

Without a Trace: They're really good at giving depth to their stories and making you care about the victims as their lives are progressively explored.

Sopranos: Though, it's kind of lost it's charm somewhere around the third or fourth season, especially after the deaths became so predictable (And they clearly designed their plots around protecting certain characters over others and not disturbing the status quo).

Family Guy: Uproarious

South Park: See Family Guy

Daily Show: Uproarious and intelligent

King of the Hill: Funny and different from anything else.

That's pretty much it. There are some shows I've been meaning to check out, except they're on at the same time as something else I watch. Or, in Lost's case, because I feel it's the kind of show I should watch from the beginning or not at all.

I can't take formula sitcoms, or those kinds of dramatic shows where all the characters are narcissistic spoiled yuppies who whine about everything that doesn't go their way. Or those super-sensationalist thriller shows that don't require attention spans.

My favorite shows of all time not included in current shows would include..
Twin Peaks
Monty Python's Flying Circus
The Prisoner
Columbo
Roseanne
Babylon 5
Star Trek TNG
Early Simpsons
Saturday Night Live 1975-1980
Yes, Minister
Yes, Prime Minister

Twin Peaks and The Prisoner just need real endings, and the rest are pretty solid as is.

I don't know about that Bob. I just think it seems that way since it's slightly more exciting than the snoozefest of Palau.

I was kind of disappointed when i heard this is the last King of the Hill season. I think the reason the show might not have the highest ratings is because its not a show that has instant laughs like Family Guy, most of the jokes are inside jokes that you have to watch a few episodes to get
