Gosh- I'm totally confused on what to do with the weird billiards...what are those letters for??? And how do I get the secret entrance by using Count Olaf's fireplace??? I'm really hoping that someone, anyone, can help me...so PLZ!!!

The letters are to spell olaf, and when you have done that, the billiardtable is lowerd and when you go down there, there is a button which will open the fireplace entrance.
