In freelancer,i cannot get to the jump gate to alaska in the new york system. there is this massive mine field surrounding the jump gate and "area 21", and no matter how powerful i am (level 37) the thing keeps blowing me up. anyone know how to get in there? if at all

its easy to get to Alaska gate... there is a entrance to that gate by heading directly in front of it (outside of the mine fields) and you will see a hole that lead to the gate!

well alaska is surrounded by a minefield . like some1 said , go through a hole in the minefield , and u dock with the gate and walla ur in alska WARNING there are nomads battleships in there , and radition so have a strong ship , there is another way into alaska thn tht gate , but u will have to have discovery mod .
