The credit goes to "Veggy Spongebob Dancing Lover". After you have been to the hotel and tried to look into the holes, go back to the cave (to the right of the hotel) and talk to the explorer. He will let you borrow his flashlight and you can use it to look into the holes. After you have done that, you will be able to go under the hotel.

This "kid's game" is killing me.
THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU a million times, I will be back when I get stuck again (sonic the hedgehog never caused me this much grief when I was a kid...!)
I'm trying to get through this most difficult game i ever played with my 5-year-old for the past one week. Can someone help me with Level 3 : how do i get Spongebob to go to Goofy Gober to buy ice-cream? It keep telling me that he has something to do at the KK and won't go to GB.
This game is driving me nuts. We fixed the phone, but we can't call Squidward since he keeps "changing his phone number" so we can get the darned toothpaste. Anyone know how you get Squidward's right phone number so you can call him? (P.S. -- I'm finding the people who designed this and forcing them to spend an hour in a room jammed with angry kids -- and parents -- trying to figure this one out!)

I am sorry, don't want to interrupt, but I really have to ask. How did you all find this forum? This is an innocent question and I don't really care, but I am awfully curious. Thankyou.

I found the site by doing a Google search on "Spongebob Movie DVD game", and it just came up. I'm awfully glad I found it too, since I've gotten up a few levels thanks to the good advice and hints from people on this site. THANKS!!!!!

get the flashlight(from the explorer, my son said???) and look under floorboards in hotel. after this, you can go outside and are able to walk behind the hotel and get the pearls. then give them to the old lady and she will give you the focusing orb! credit to "Veggy Spongebob Dancing Lover" for this!

you first have to get the flashlight from the explorer then you look in the hole in the old lady's hotel. then you will be able to go underneath the hotel and get the pearls, then when you give her the pearls she will give you the orb

Then Spongebob will fix the phone. Then go back inside and use the phone, it will call Squidward and then you can go to his house and get the toothpaste. Hope this helps. Clueless
