I can't get down the stinkin' rocks in the beginning of the game.
Can someone please help????????
Is there any way to find your way in the dark?

I got down the rocks and managed to help save the kids. Now I have hunted a wild boar and have a chunk of meat I have to put in the bear cave. How do I get to the cave? I keep falling into water.

Hey, how did you make it down the rocks? I still can't do it and at one point was about 3 steps from smashing the $*&@#&@# CD!!!

The guide runs across the bridge, which breaks, and then you are instructed to swim down the river avoiding the rocks. YEAH RIGHT!!!!!

When you go towards the cliff you will see the big rock that the mountain lion usually jumps from to get you. Go to the left of that rock and you will find some ammo for your pistol. Go to the edge of the cliff there and step off to the right. You should be able to hop down three times. Then go to the left and down another step. Somewhere around there you will get notified you have completed the task of going down the rocks. Go to the right from there and you will have to find your way through a path and you will be in the woods. Stay to the right as much as possible. You will hear Hugh calling for you. Once you are in the woods and able to move around freely you can go to Hugh and help him kill some more wolves and go about your mission. Good luck!

I *still* can't do it!!! I can make it past the mountain lion, hop down a few rocks, break my ankle on the third one (rest a while and rebuild strength). Turn left and go through what looks like a cave and brush on the other side. I can hear Hugh calling to me, then the screen turns real dark and I literally can't see anything. I have no idea which way to turn or go. Then I take one last step and....

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!

I fall of the cliff and die!

Over and over and over and over and over.... It got to the point where I accidently broke one of the PS2 joysticks by mashing it too hard it a fit of anger.

Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2 is really starting to suck... My God, I have NEVER played a game like this before where I can't even make it past the first stinkin' level!!!!

Do you have any other hints to help me finish this level? I am starting to lose my mind with this stupid CD!

I finally got through all the darkness level and made it to daylight. I got about two more levels completed. This game is a real pain. My little five year old played it this morning and SAVED OVER MY GAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now I have to start over again!!!

Somebody please shoot me!!

I can make it down the cliff, but once off I keep dying. Its so dark you can't see anything. How do I get to the guy. I'm ready to beat my system.lol.
