Now that Sandra has managed to star in a number one box office movie this week with over $34 million dollars, her biggest hit to date, in THE PROPOSAL, she continues her reign as a consistent, bankable starlet. She still has another romantic comedy this year coming out in September ALL ABOUT STEVE. Does she have the potential to become another Audrey Hepburn or would that go Jennifer Love Hewitt if she wanted it?

Sandra Bullock has found herself in a polarized split opinion with her recent movie All About Steve (2009). According to IMDb, she's receiving 10s and 0s. She must be doing something right. Personally, I found her performance and the movie and her producer credit deserves laudable commentary. It's one of the best.

Sandra with her Razzie for All About Steve (2009) for worst actress has become the first actress in the same year to also be recognized as the best actress with her Oscar win for her performance in The Blind Side (2009). For anyone who truly paid attention and focused on Sandra's performance inAll About Steve might have noticed that while many of her on-screen antics might be easily stereotypically as dopey comedy, her performance also had a bit of restraint and never really went over the edge into poor acting. As a stalker, her infatuous behavior really could be conceivable more realistic than meets the eye. Personally, her performance while dramatically hilarious bordered on insanity, yet its comic nature really betrayed a keen sense of the hysterical nature of stalking. While we may laugh at it, her performance really reflects a more serious issue of those people whose behavior is seen as dangerous and inappropriate. The line between criminal insanity and uniquely different and special is undefined. As for Sandra's character, hopefully her's is one of the latter.
