anyone else a big fan of maggie gyllenhaal?
i really enjoyed her in secretery, donnie darko, and mona lisa smile.
ive yet to see her new movie happy endings though. has anyone seen it? is it any good?
a friend of mine gave me this link to the soundtrack to the movie! i had no idea she could sing, as well as act. who knew?! shes really got a great voice. im guessing she sings in the movie, since she is on the soundtrack!

I've been a fan since Secretary, but I'm guessing that most men who see that would be a fan too.

I really like Maggie Gyllenhaal too! She has not been getting a lot of attention in the media since she's usually involved with Indie stuff. But she's great and definately a rising star.

While I think she was good in "Secretary," I tend to think of Maggie Gyllenhall as being a one-note actress... her performances in "Happy Endings," "Donnie Darko" and "Adaptation" are virtually the same character, just different lines, different circumstances. Just my opinion...

I'm not a big Maggie Gyllenhaal fan, but I must admit she was very good in the very underrated SHERRYBABY, which kind of came and went without causing much of a ripple.

I don't much care for her. I think it's all overrated. I did LUV her in SECRETARY, though. And I enjoyed her little bit in STRANGER THAN FICTION.
