Duke the Miracle Horse was in "Haunted Gold" with Duke Wayne, who was in "The Cowboys" with Richard Farnsworth, who was in "The Legend of the Lone Ranger" with Michael Horse.
Based on the last one, let's go for two Lone Rangers, Clayton Moore and Klinton Spilsbury.

I think we should have a new Lone Ranger movie...Lone Ranger vs. Zorro!
Clayton Moore was in "The Lone Ranger" with Jay Silverheels who was in "True Grit" with Strother Martin who was in "The Battle Of Cable Hogue" with Jason Robards Jr. who was in "The Legend of the Lone Ranger" with Klinton Spilsbury.
Staying along the same lines...how about a couple Zorro's...
Douglas Fairbanks and Antonio Banderas

Jenna Jameson and Jenna Malone
YES!! This one challenged me a bit...but I perservered....
OK Jenna Jameson had a cameo in Howard Stern's "Private Parts" (good movie for those who havent seen it yet). In that film Paul Giamatti played a real person, "Pig Vomit". Mr. Giamatti was also in "Big Fat Liar" with Amanda Bynes whose actually a decent actress (called by some to be the next Tracey Ullman...who knows?). Anyway, I dont know if this is cheating but Amanda Bynes was on the Nickelodeon sketch show "All That" with Josh Peck who costarred with lil' Culkin Rory in the recent "Mean Creek". I have yet to see this last film, but it looks absolutely spectacular. Rory Culkin played a younger version of Igby Slocumb in "Igby Goes Down" with older brother Kieran Culkin who played Jena Malone's love interest in "Dangerous Lives of the Altar Boys"!
Whew...
This next one can be completed in three steps but it's pretty cool nonetheless.
First off, I'm assuming you mean Jena Malone from "Donnie Darko." Secondly, I just learned WAY TOO much about Jenna Jameson. Using "legit" flicks, Jenna Jameson was in "Private Parts" (1997) with Allison Janney, who was in "Primary Colors" with Larry King, who was in "Contact" with Jena Malone.
This might be easy yet sad: Janet Leigh and Rodney Dangerfield.

Janet Leigh was with Anthony Perkins in "Psycho". Anthony Perkins was with Sean Connery in "Murder on the Orient Express" Sean Connery was with Michael Caine in "A Bridge Too Far" Michael Caine was with Keith Gordon in "Dressed to Kill" (with it's opening shower scene sequence in homage to Psycho). Keith Gordon was with Rodney Dangerfield in "Back to School."
Jamie Lee Curtis and Andrew Dice Clay

Pam Grier was in "Holy Smoke" with Kate Winslet, who was in "Sense and Sensibility" with Emma Thompson, who was in "Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban" with Rupert Grint.

Mark, I'm always happy when I choose a couple actors that make you take more than four moves (which is hard to do), and you have done the same...
Clause was in "The Counterfeit Traitor" with Wolfgang Preiss who was in "The Man Who Knew Too Much" with James Stewart who was in "Rear Window" with Alfred Hitchcock who was in "Foreign Correspondent" with Alexander Granach who was in "Nosferatu" with Max.
How about a couple Frankenstein's...
Charles Ogle and Randy Quaid

This is funny...how about
Jack Wolfman and Lon Cheney Jr. (probably not too hard, but funny none-the-less)
