The wonderful character actor Bruno Kirby has died. He was terrific in The Godfather Part II, When Harry Met Sally, City Slickers and many others. Here is the sad story.

Holy shit! I have been on vacation and haven't tuned in to much news. This really bums me out. I'll of course remember him as Clemenza, but my favorite role of his was probably as Lt. Hauk in Good Morning, Vietnam. Just sitting here, one of my favorite scenes of him is while he and Billy Crystal are talking at the Giants game while the wave is going around in When Harry Met Sally.
