I think the once great Val Kilmer allowed his ego to reduce him to weak performances that are sadly forgetable. As Jim Morrison he was electric, but over the last years he has become one of cardboard characters in the background. Who will remember his "Phillip of Macedonia" in "Alexander?"
Boy, you got to carry that weight a long time!

Have you seen Kiss Kiss Bang Bang? I'd argue it's probably his strongest performance in the last ten years.
