I personally cannot WAIT to hear Meryl Streep singing ABBA songs in the new Mamma Mia! movie coming out soon. My friend at UMGD forwarded me the trailer and I was so amused at the thought of Meryl and Pierce Brosnan singing "Mamma Mia" and "Dancing Queen". The soundtrack comes out July 8th and I for one will definitely be the first to buy it!
This movie looks absolutely atrocious. I cringe to think of two quality actors like Brosnan and Streep dancing around on the beach while other less talented actors dance around them... blech.

I went to the play a few years ago, it was pretty good. It will be pretty difficult to make a movie of similar quality, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
