Im' going to go with Bruce Willis before "Sixth Sense". His role in "Pulp Fiction" is awesome and even his kid-friendly "Bruno the Kid" series is in my opinion, pretty bad-ass. Unfortunaely, ever since the popularity of "Sixth Sense" his career has gone to hell. What has he done? "The Kid"? Bruce, I know youre trying to expand your audience by starring in Disney flicks, but ever since you became Butch Coolidge, the boxer killer, its a wee bit hard to take your childrens fare seriously. I mean, what the hell was "The Whole Ten Yards"??? Honestly! I only saw the previews, but that was enough!!! Jesus!
Well, clunkers aside, Bruce Willis is still the ultimate bad-ass in my eyes!
There can be no "hands down" winners in a tough guy debate! Only person who ever won with his hands down was Muhammad Ali!

Thing is, this isnt a debate. If it was youd be correct. But, its not. This is a discussion. The tough-guy is the hands-down winner to you, the poster.

If we're talking Reservoir Dogs, I'd have to give the tough guy title to Edward Bunker, who played Mr. Blue, since he's an actual tough guy in real life, who spent much of his life in jail.
And another great tough guy is Clint Eastwood ... Charles Bronson and James Coburn as well.
I guess Western tough guys always seem the toughest to me.
Oh yeah, and Dennis Hopper. He's pretty tough. And scary too.
Dennis Hopper? Eh...personally, I think he comes off as a pussy (only because the only Hopper movie I've seen in recent memory is Apocolypse Now, which really isn't recent, but anyway...).
However, Eastwood is indeed an excellent choice. I think at this point, I'd also go with Eastwood.

I was forced to watch the uncut version of Out for Justice with Steven Segal last night. Never have I laughed so much at a movie before. It was honestly the single funniest movie I have ever seen.
I change my vote to Segal. His acting range is limited to three expressions: 1. Angry 2. Super angry 3. Watch out if you are one of the many nameless, motiveless, criminal, ethnics in this movie because now im really angry and something bad is going to happen, such as my smacking you in the mouth with a billiard ball.
Sonny Chiba, Tomisaburo Wakayama, Sho Kosugi, Takeshi 'Beat' Kitano, Kurt Russell(in John Carpenter films!), Dolph Lundgren, Jet Li, Bolo Yeung, Bruce Lee, Arnold, Charles Bronson, Richard Roundtree, Ron O'Neal, Ving Rhames and props to the Rock for his performance in the Rundown.

I would have to say Bruce Willis or Russel Crowe because they are good actors and the rest suck at acting but I would probably say Arnold just because of Terminator movies!!

I think Crowe was the toughest in his role as Budd White in L.A. Confidential.

True, all these guys are really tough. But ultimate bad ass, no messin' around, could take anybody no matter how big they are, tough guy has to be Vinnie Jones. If some of you aren't sure who I'm talking about, check out Lock, Stock, Snatch and others. VINNIE RULES!!!

Yea, well you see this one? This was my dream, my wish....and it didn't come true. So I'm taking it back, I'm taking them all back. -Face
Marv (Mickey Rourke) in Sin City has to be just about the toughest guy ever, and no matter how many body parts he chops, I'd still like to have a drink with him (before it's too late.)
