I bought this album today. Very nice! It's basically a throwback 80's thrash/metal album with some Scandinavian black-metalish vocals thrown in for kicks. There are plenty of good riffs, and it pretty much rocks on every song.

I saw 3iob at Download Festival in the UK a few years ago and they were absolutely awesome, pitch perfect falsetto and furious riffing. There were heads being banged in that crowd, I can tell you.
