About level 60+ should be fine, just remember the whole floor monster houses.

Sky tower has two parts to it:
the first part is 25 floors. Watch out for Scizor (15-21) as its agility speeds up all enemys in the room so the attack 2,3 or4 times to your 1 attack. Venomoth (20-25) uses Silver Wind wich damages your whole team, its very strong against grass, phycic & dark. Aerodactyl (21-25) uses agility as well.
You can save once you've completed this part.
Part 2:
this is 9 floors with Ryquaza on floor 9
Aerodactyl is still there so watch out, there's also Flyon, Tropius, Claydol, Salamance and Metagross.
the only items in part 2 is money

look i have 10 reviver seeds and 7 max elixirs 3 huge apples and my team is charmander sceptile and swampert should i take on wish cave and if not what should i do

I'm usualy on once a day.
And, no, don't take on wish cave with that team. You need to take about 170 gravelrocks (as two items 99 and 70) some thrwing items (iron thorn, stick etc) for when your level 17+ (they'll do more damage as you level up, gravelrocks always do 20 Hp).
Don't use any Joy Seeds till your level 15.
Your team will take a lot of leveling up, you want pokemon that take very little to level up. I find Keckleon and Tentacruel are good.
A bigger team means more for enemys to aim at, and so you'll use up reiver seeds quiker.
Be careful when using Trawl Orbs incase there's a Keckleon shop on the floor.
And if you die, use the websire 'Skitti' found to rescue yourself so you can keep going
