I've never met a ponyta in Fiery Field, they're not on the recruitment list in the menu either, plenty of Rapidash though.
Maybe its a different version or something.

You are having a hard time with those dogs, your using the friend-bow, only 2 pokemon in yout team and the leader dealing the final blow? I can't understand why your having such a hard time.
I have ALL pokemon, apart from Chansey, Blissay and Jirachi. Not too bad, I just can't find any Chansey in Joyous Tower and can't get further than floor 60 in Wish Cave

yea a very bad time with them im taking in skitty and raichu then when i get to the legendary dog i walk forward so raichu cannot even attack it only i can or take only me in im lvl 63 with friend bow so i have no idea i asked my friend who has red rescue and he has no idea either and ive cheacked heaps of websites so i dunno

i only have entei, ho-oh, articuno, zapdos, moltres, kyogre, and trying to get lugia, grondon, raikou and suicune

also I am having trouble recruiting raikou. I always go alone, I'm a lvl 100 typhlosion with a friend bow and I've tried at least 100 times and he hasn't joined. The other dogs joined fine.

Yeah, I can't rescue in Purity Forest, far too much hassle, I'd just die and start again. Good luck

Thanks, I have now recruited celebi. Also I decided to try fighting Raikou again as I havent for a while. I'm like the luckiest guy ever. I now officialy have all three legendary dogs!

is purity forest really hard or is it easy

i got raikou and entei and keep trying for suicune so i almost got them all

and what pokemon should i take in purity forest what hold item aswell

You can't take hold items into purity forest. It is very hard. The thing is, the difficult part is the journey, unlike wish cave where you have to worry about a boss with aswell (just for reference I recommend poliwrath for both wish cave and purity forest due to its hypnosis)
