The video is quite, quite brilliant too Razzer

i like the video also, but did you notice the incredible lack of diversity? i know they are from iceland, so if filmed there it should be no surprise that there are not black, middle eastern, etc. people running among them. however, just about everyone was rail thin, pale, and brunette, and long haired which i found odd. do red heads, blondes, fatties, etc. not live in iceland?

LOL. A few weekends ago, I went out and celebrated Norwegian Constitution Day with my coworker (I myself am not Norwegian but my coworker is), and I can tell you that 80-90% of the Norwegians I saw in the parade were fair-skinned and thin, with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. I did see some redheads though!!

Ah mystery solved then! I've found myself being completely unable to listen to anything but this song, totally infectious as it is.

Hopefully the album won't disappoint.

Wow, the new Sigur Rós is really different. I might not have even known it was them if no one had told me. I'm really looking forward to that album now...a lot.

Katy Perry - I Kissed a Girl

I can't get over this song! Is it just me or is this the best pop song of 2008. And I'm talking about bubblegum-catchy-high-production-pop! It's just soooo catchy and fun and mindless and someone help me! Anyway please tell me someone's liked this song...!

"Dr. Carter" by Weezy F might be one of the hottest tracks I've heard this year (when it comes to rap)... but I can't say I've listened to much hip-hop this year.

Add "Playin' With Fire" and half the other tracks; Carter III is insane.

The best song of 2008 so far for me is Shooting Rockets (From The Desk Of Night's Ape) by Destroyer, an outstanding revival of the original Swan Lake version.

I agree, Dr. Carter is really quite an ace song.

My favorites of the year have to be "I'm Good, I'm Gone" by Lykke Li, "L.E.S. Artistes" by Santogold, or "Skinny Love" by Bon Iver. All amazing.

you should check "Daddy's Gone" and especially "Geraldine" by Glasvegas .They are an exciting new band from Glasgow and sound like a mix of 50s vintage rock with Jesus and Mary Chain and Phill Spector in the production!

So I'm listening to My Morning Jacket's "Highly Suspicious" right now for the first time. Hillarious. Actually I'm embarrased for listening to it in front of my wife.

Wow. Rivers is certifiable.

I just heard this song for the first time. First impressions: This is the craziest, most thrilling ride I have been on all year. I'm not sure how it will hold up after repeat listens, but I was pretty much in awe for the first go 'round.
