"Let Go" was a really good album, and "The Weight is a Gift" had some solid tracks as well. ("Blankest Year" and "Your Legs Grow" come to mind.) This isn't my most anticipated album, but I will definitely give it a listen when it comes out.

Oh, what about The Format? I fell in love with "Dog Problems" and I bet the new one'll be super poppy and fun as well.

Dan Bejar (Destroyer) is releasing a new album on March 18 of next year, entitled Trouble in Dreams. I am pretty excited about it.

I already thought it was looking interesting, it's just that most of the really potentially good stuff didn't have official release dates yet.

Suppose that Ghostface/MF DOOM album is finally going to come out?

Even if his last cd wasn't quite up to par. I'm looking forward to the street's new cd that he says will be coming in '08.

Oh S***. Is that for real? I hope it is, "Favourite..." has become the most played album I've ever owned and it's also become my favorite.

Return of THe Streets, another Arctic Monkeys album AND Franz Ferdinand!?

2008 Looks good so far to me Smiler

Stephen Malkmus is coming back in early March. He's always consistently interesting, and seems to be gaining momentum as he matures solo.

After listening to the Drive-by Truckers' "A Blessing and a Curse" all day yesterday, I'm looking forward to their 2008 release.

They sound like the mainstream country at first, but their lyrics aren't nearly as cheesy.
