If you haven't listened to anything from Labrador, you should. My favorite would have to be Suburban Kids with Biblical Names. They are so freaking catchy and I wish more people knew about them stateside.

A few bands I enjoy on the Labrador label are Club 8 (I believe they were distributed on Parasol in the States), Acid House Kings and The Legends (only have heard the first album so far). My favorite release on the label is Irene's Apple Bay- gorgeous pop songs, one of the best albums of '06.
