Small, underrated label.

I got into Labradford before I listened to Low. I was taking a blind chance(about 8 years ago) and thought Low would sound similiar to Labradford. Was I ever wrong, but it ended up that Low is one of my top 5 fav groups so....

Any Kranky favs????

I currently love the Out Hud albums that are out. In the past I have picked up albums by Pan-American, Amp, Bowery Electric. The Bowery Electric CD is the only so-so album, but am unfamiliar with other KRANKY artists...

Awesome label. Good releases:

Keith Fullerton Whitman - Multiples
Bird Show - Green Inferno
Godspeed You Black Emperor - Lift Your Skinny Fists
Boduf Songs

They have a lot of good, diverse artists and give their artists complete freedom

The new Bird Show (Lightning Bug) is terrific. Lisbon is awesome and Stars of the Lid and Dead Texan are staples as well.
