I'm not nearly as enamored of this one as I was their debut. Haven't seen any reviews yet, either.
Other recent purchases:
"Under the Surface" - Marit Larsen (CD is currently only available through Norwegian mailorder, but for fans of sugary Euro-pop it's worth the extra effort.) "Some Echoes" - Aloha "The Obliterati" - Mission of Burma "Estudando o Pagode" - Tom Ze

I probably should have just opened the album cover, looked at those pictures through the built-in goggles, and never listened to the cd, always pondering how good it must be, based on the awesomeness of their past two albums.
Vicarious is a great song and there are a few other decent ones, but not much jumped out at me about this album. A few too many guitar effects on some songs (they're better than that), not nearly enough crazy Maynard yells—it seems like he was singing as softly as he could most of the time, and that two part song they did was mediocre at best. After the 10th song, I was really hoping the 11th would be an actual song, you know, with guitars and vocals and stuff, that might redeem the album. But alas, it was just another filler song.
Good effort, but Lateralus is still my favorite Tool album, followed by AEnima at a close second.
