Maynard James Keenan of Tool runs his own vineyard and bottles his own wines in Arizona. He seemed pretty involved in the day to day operation in his Onion AV Club interview
.

I'm not sure how much Sammy Hagar really knows about making Tequila. Drinking it sure...

Apparently, Paul Westerberg will not be taking a day job as a carpenter. Funny that I found this story on ScienceDaily.

Grey DeLisle, who is an alt-country musician with at least four albums to her credit (and it married to Murray Hammond of the Old 97's) does voices for TONS of cartoons. I know her well as the voice of Emily Elizabeth Howard from "Clifford the Big Red Dog", my daughter's favorite show.

Grey DeLisle's albums are to die for (just thought I'd mention that). Hope she keeps her album creating job.

Good god, thats a real shame 'cause his stuff on Raw Power is some of the most bad ass guitar playing ever. Id love to have some of that violent ballsy attitude in my playing but its just so hard to do.

he still plays though.
at least he did at last year's event we had at work. his son went to our high school and they had a really weird relationship. he's determined to make at least one album that better than his dad's and so he's playing the banjo. he's really good at it. it's been a few years since i seen him so maybe he's grown up a bit but that kid was a real asshole for no good reason.
and not the intimidating kind either, just the kind you want to get away from.
he inherited a bee farm in hawaii recently and told everyone he knew who was going to college they shouldnt "limit themselves to academia" and left.
=\
anyway, i had one but now i forgot who it was.

Well, he'll be going some to do better than Electric Music for the Mind and Body (especially with a banjo) but good luck to him.
