------ Aren't there any girls out their who like good music? I need to and want to meet them. My favorite bands are Overkill River, The Nife, Songs:Ohio, and Nuetral Milk Hotel. Please let me know if your into indy music and like to go to show's and drink beer's and makeout.
I bought a turntable early this year, only so I could take advantage of my local record store's selection of records I wanted. I bought one that plugs into my computer so I can still play it on my Zune, etc.
I actually think I bought my turntable exclusively to buy Ellen Allien's Stadtkind, now that I think of it. Since then, I've bought a few more, including Wire's first three albums, Gang of Four, and Deerhunter. I can't really tell a difference in audio quality, but I like having them.

That's really cool stereo. There a bunch of newer albums that I want on vinyl. I might have to just wait and order them online when I get some good cash, that way I can get all of the ones I want.
I heard that Arcade Fire's Neon Bible is a really cool album to have on vinyl. Supposedly it comes on two records and the last side of the last record doesn't have music but instead it has some nice art on it. I haven't seen it though in person, only heard about it through word-of-mouth.
There was an annual sidewalk side at the local record store a couple weeks ago. I have some friends there who were very kind to me, so I got all of this for under $20:
Modern English - StopStart The Marvelettes - Return of the Marvelettes The Troggs - Sire Records' The Vintage Years Cyndi Lauper - She's so Unusual (yeah!) Queen - A Day at the Races Best of Same Cooke Joni Mitchell - Blue The Ahmad Jamal Trio Thin Lizzy - Johnny the Fox Devo - Freedom of Choice Johnny Cash at San Quentin and AC/DC - Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
I just got in Liars new album and it's white vinyl! I was so surprised! I love colored vinyl haha
I picked this up recently too and thought that was awesome. A vast improvement over the black vinyl, not very heavy Drum's Not Dead vinyl. I wish it were more like this one in terms of vinyl quality.

Insound has it on preorder.. I wrote that when I thought I had gotten it but it was actually a few of the other albums I got from them. I actually figured it was sold-out and I was just waiting for it to be back in stock until I checked insound and found out it's realease date is October 9th. :/

Every time I go recor shoppin' I see 853,426,914 copies of Joni Mitchell's Blue. It taunts me because I love Hissing of Summer Lawns and am a big fan of Court and Spark but I've never listened to Blue. Should I grab it next time?

Like Mich_DH said, yes. It is one of the best albums of all time and some people regard it as her personal best album.
