Reminds of one of interludes on Songs for the Deaf when the promo says "All death metal, all the time".

"Isis" - Bob Dylan

Haven't listened to any Dylan for awhile. Desire's got a pretty unique sound among his discography, I think. "Isis" is a great track.

"Outdated Charts" by In Elvis Garage. Power pop. Vocalist sounds a little like Ken Sharp. Great stuff.

This American Life #343: How to Rest In Peace

My favorite Podcast/Radio show to listen to. This episode deals with different methods of coping with death. Very interesting so far.

"Flugo something something something" by Sigur Ros. I'm too lazy to get up and look and I have no idea what the name of the song actually is.

Sigur Ros songs have names? I figured since half of their albums don't even have names, their songs would hardly even have track breaks.

The Roots' Rising Down.

Not anywhere near Game Theory unless repeat listens are going to change my mind -- and they could -- but I dig this a lot.

One of her finer songs, I must say.

"Violata, Diamond of the Everglades" by Li'l Cap'n Travis. Alt/country rock with a tropical feel to the lyrics. I hear Souther-Hillman-Fury and country rock Byrds influences throughout the album.
