"The Kelly Affair" by Raquel's Boys. Sunny power pop. I liked their previous albums better though this cd has some fine moments.

The new Rosebuds. I liked both of their first 2 CD's but was slow in getting this one. It's a little more dance music (which isn't my favorite) but I'm still enjoying it.

Out of class, snuck into a computer lab to hear Spoon play "You Got Yr. Cherry Bomb" on NPR's "World Café" before I go to class in ten minutes. Hear it here.

Epo-555 - Mafia

Got into this thanks to Jglass's review over at Delusions of Adequacy. It's pretty darm good. There's a 4-song slump in the middle, but other than that I'm a fan. It utilizes some electronics, but mostly it's a pop album that's neither slow or sad nor upbeat or loud.

Way to rock out to the most depressing album of 2007. Cool Liking it, crazed? One of my very favorites of the year.

In keeping with the Happy Happy Joy Joy theme, I'm spinning The Cure's Bloodflowers. I still dig this album more than most.

Hey Frag, I knew I had the Dr. Dog album, it was just in a random folder and I couldn't find it, but I found it yesterday and was happy.
