The Killers - "Shadowplay"

I know this is a Joy Division cover, but does anyone think that it sounds more like a Futureheads song?

Awesome. It only get stronger the more you listen to it too. I found it this summer, and if it had been released this year, It would be at the top of my list by a stride and a half. I don't even listen to Hip-Hop or Rap typically, so this is an oddity in my collection (possibly why it's so extremely fresh to my ears too).

Unwashed and somewhat slightly dazed by David Bowie. An old classic from an underrated album.

LCD Soundsystem, Sound of Silver
I figured I needed to listen to this one again, because it's been awhile. It might actually end up moving up my list; it's more enjoyable than I remember it being.

Explosions in the Sky - "The Birth and Death of the Day"

What a fantastic song. These guys just don't miss. Hopefully, it won't take them 4 years before their next album comes out.
