Well, dance compilations do that as a rule. Other than that, Brian Wilson's Smile plays like a single symphony with 3 movements. Prince's Lovesexy doesn't have any track breaks, although it does have separate songs. Likewise Godspeed You Black Emperor (I don't know where the exclamation point goes.) doesn't have but one track break in Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven. Lots of albums proceed nonstop for 2 or 3 tracks--even really conventional ones like Thomas Dybdahl's Science.
Mew's And The Glass Handed Kites does, with the exception of the final two songs. A lot of XTC's records are pretty crossover heavy, too, though not for the entire album.
It seems there are some others, but I can't think of them right off the top of my head.
The new Decemberists album is so annoying in that it flows so well that I cannot press the stop button. Even though it's not that good! It just keeps flowing so I have to listen to the whole thing..
