There's a "Favorite Book Titles" thread, so why not songs?
My all-time favorite is "The Black Hawk War, or, How to Demolish an Entire Civilization and Still Feel Good About Yourself in the Morning, or, We Apologize for the Inconvenience but You're Going to Have to Leave Now, or, 'I Have Fought the Big Knives and Will Continue to Fight Them Until They Are off Our Lands!'" Whew. What a mouthful.
hmmm...a decent answer will take time and deep thinking, but for now, how about 'Some Girls are Bigger than Others' or pretty much any title by the Moz?
Lolita, light of my life, fire of my loins. My sin, my soul. Lo-lee-ta: the tip of the tongue taking a trip of three steps down the palate to tap, at three, on the teeth. Lo. Lee. Ta.

Mozza has some great song titles, I'm particularly partial to Heaven Knows I'm Miserable Now and Last Night I Drempt That Somebody Loved Me.

Surf instrumentals have some great song titles. I especially like the Mermen's "Emmylou Rides Clarence West And Then South", "To Be Naked and French Is Always Hard" and "The Whales Are Coming And Boy Are They Pissed".
When talking about great song titles, I'm obligated to mention Bob Pollard. While he has too many great ones to mention, I will post this link which is the tracklisting for his first Guided by Voices Suitcase box set. Here (and on the second) they came up with band names for each of the 100 songs on the box (there are a few band names doubled up).

Nice. Personally I like "Unhappy Birthday" from Strangeways Here We Come, both as a title and song. I think if a person was going to try and describe Morrissey's writing style in a demeaning way, they would point to this as a prime example of ridiculous moping.
As for other great titles, despite how much I dislike their music, Curl Up and Die has a song called "Dr. Doom, A Man Of Science, Doesn't Believe In Jesus, So Why The Fuck Do You?" Brilliant. Too bad they're a shitty metalcore band.
